The need for sustainable business practices forces organizations to innovate the employee performance management methods. The results show that AI driven solutions in combination with GHRM methods provide better performance results in better sustainable workplace environments. SEM results confirm the importance of green culture as a mediator between AI and HRM practices. These findings provide specific guidance on how technology solutions can be unified with sustainability targets and provide theoretical and practical value to organizations. Green practice implementation coupled with the artificial intelligence systems can help organizations meet environmental goals and organizational goals.
