Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how well blockchain technology works to stop financial cyber-attacks, a kind of white-collar criminal activity that is becoming increasingly common worldwide. The statistics package of social sciences, or SPSS, was used to gather data from HR, IT specialists, and auditors. The research discovered a favourable correlation between distributed database technologies, consensual methods, smart contracts, and permanence and financial criminality. The other possibility is supported by the data assessment, which rejects the null assumption. According to the conclusion, consumers and businesses should be conscious of the hazards associated with financial criminal activity and the significance of having technologies impervious to harmful assaults. The goal of the study is to educate consumers and businesses about the advantages of blockchain technology as well as how it can be used to stop financial fraud.
