A Hybrid Multidimensional Blunt Trauma Analysis Model with Proposed Treatment using Deep Learning
Abstract
The amalgamation of artificial intelligence (AI) and sophisticated image analysis methodologies has profoundly revolutionized the domain of medical diagnostics, especially in wound evaluation and treatment. Conventional wound assessment techniques predominantly depend on visual examination by healthcare practitioners, which may be subjective and susceptible to variability. This research introduces an AI-based system intended to assess wounds and provide individualized treatment strategies, offering a uniform and data-informed methodology for wound management. The main aim is to aid healthcare practitioners in precisely assessing wound situations, categorizing severity levels, and recommending best treatment approaches, thus enhancing patient outcomes and expediting recovery rates. The suggested method utilizes deep learning algorithms and sophisticated computer vision techniques to examine wound photos obtained from digital cameras or cell phones. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and various machine learning models are utilized to extract essential information from images, precisely delineating wound boundaries, categorizing wound kinds and stages, and evaluating tissue composition. Furthermore, the suggested approach facilitates wound categorization and treatment recommendations while advancing the broader domain of AI in healthcare by showcasing the capabilities of deep learning in medical diagnostics. The collaboration between AI and sophisticated image processing offers a revolutionary approach to wound management, overcoming the shortcomings of conventional assessment techniques while enhancing efficiency and accessibility. This study facilitates the creation of novel, AI-driven healthcare applications that improve patient care and clinical decision-making by offering a dependable, automated, and scalable solution.
