Abstract

The landscape of higher education around the world has changed dramatically due to the growing use of affiliate university partnerships and transnational education, which provides more access to international degrees. Despite these developments, these partnerships frequently face practical difficulties, such as disjointed processing of academic results, poor communication between partner schools, and inadequate systems for keeping an eye on student problems. The associate University Management System, a comprehensive, role-based digital platform created especially for associate university contexts, is presented in this paper as a solution to these constraints. By combining module-level communication channels, a student issue ticketing system, and real-time result synchronization, the Affiliate University Management System improves academic transparency and promotes inter institutional cooperation. A uniform academic record and bi-directional updates are guaranteed by the system architecture, which links databases at the parent university and the local institution. The technology, which was created with feedback from instructors and students, provides key stakeholders with specialized dashboards and predictive analytics tools, such GPA predictions. The Affiliate University Management System shows promise as a scalable platform for boosting productivity and cooperation within transnational programs by optimizing administrative procedures and enhancing student support.
