Abstract

Nanomaterials have revolutionized the field of optoelectronics, which deals with the interaction of light and matter. It can be used to develop new and improved optoelectronic devices, such as solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), lasers, and sensors. For example, nanomaterials can be used to improve the efficiency of solar cells by increasing the amount of light that is absorbed and converted into electricity. These materials can also be used to develop LEDs with different colors and brightness levels. Additionally, nanomaterials can be used to create lasers that are smaller and more efficient than traditional lasers and are also important for sensing devices. Metal oxide nanomaterials can be used to develop sensors that are sensitive to a wide range of gasses and chemicals. These sensors can be used for a variety of applications, such as environmental monitoring, industrial process control, and medical diagnostics.
