Abstract

Nanotechnology has received a great deal of interest in the last few years. Materials with a size between one and one hundred nanometers are included in the category of nano-sized technology [ 1 ]. Nanomaterials are used in nearly every industry, including but not limited to electronics, agriculture, and medicine. Due to their high-energy requirements as well as the use of toxic reagents, traditional nanomaterial synthesis technologies such as hydrothermal, laser ablation, flame spray pyrolysis, Sol-Gel, chemical vapour deposition, and ultrasound are hazardous to the environment. Considering these techniques’ detrimental impact on the environment in light of the current escalation of climate change, utilizing them seems reckless and ignorant [ 2 ]. Green synthesis techniques are just as effective as traditional synthesis techniques and cause minimal or no damage to the environment or the people who work on them. The green synthesis of nanomaterials uses natural biological processes to produce nanomaterials [ 3 ].
