Abstract

This experiment is part of the project ‘Analysis of the contribution of endophytic bacteria to the tolerance mechanisms of halophytes against salinity and climate change (PID2021-124750NB-I00)’. This work analyzes the germination and seedling performance of the halophyte Halocnemum strobilaceum grown under five treatments: a non-inoculated control, three bacterial strains (TE3, TE11, and TE14) individually, and a bacterial consortium (TE3+TE11+TE14). Seed germination, seedling growth, and chlorophyll-a fluorescence kinetics were measured throughout the experiment, which was carried out from January to April 2025.
