Abstract

Presbycusis patients exhibit auditory processing impairments, with speech comprehension and spatial auditory processing being more severely affected as hearing loss progresses. Hearing threshold and age correlate with auditory processing deficits, with hearing thresholds being the predominant influencing factor.
