Abstract

were up-regulated during callus proliferation and shoot regeneration in 'YZ08-1609'. These genes are promising candidates for promoting sugarcane callus proliferation and shoot regeneration. The results provide abundant genetic resources for optimizing the genetic transformation and gene editing systems in sugarcane.
