Probing Hidden Material Properties via High-Order Coincidence in X-Ray/Electron-Luminescence
Abstract
We present the theory of high-order photon correlations in radioluminescence and cathodoluminescence, forming the basis for a novel spectroscopy method extracting from light-emission statistics previously-inaccessible material properties: microscopic energy-deposition signatures and even the nanoscale geometry.
