Abstract

Objective: (calm the spirit and enhance mental faculties) acupuncture on attention and autonomic nervous function after acute sleep deprivation (ASD). Methods: , perform reinforcing-technique twirling was performed for 1 min, then retain the needles for 10 min. The HRV indexes of standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN), the root mean square of the difference between two adjacent R-R intervals (RMSSD), the proportion of adjacent heartbeat interval difference exceeding 50 ms (pNN50%), the frequency domain indexes of high frequency (HF), low frequency (LF) and low frequency high frequency ratio (LF/HF), PVT test reaction time (RT) and coefficient of variation (CV) were compared before and after acupuncture.
