Memoir of a galaxy cluster : galaxy evolution in the early universe
Abstract
Vismaya R Pillai was a semi-finalist in the 2025 UBC Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition. Vismaya presented her research, “Memoir of a Galaxy Cluster: Galaxy Evolution in the Early Universe.” Vismaya’s research focuses on understanding how galaxies evolve over time by studying the history of the universe. Vismaya R Pillai is completing herMSc in Astronomy in the Department of Physics & Astronomy under the supervision of Dr. Scott Chapman.
