Tensorial forms in small characteristics
Abstract
I will explain why tensorial forms, like symmetric bilinear forms, are subtle in small characteristics, and how to extend many (but not all!) results of Harman--Snowden regarding homogeneous tensor spaces and linear oligomorphic groups to (semi-)perfect fields of characteristic less than the degree of the form.
