The tensor category for non-semisimple topological quantum computation
Abstract
There is an active paradigm shift within quantum topology from semisimple to non-semisimple phenomena. At the tensor categorical level, the primary technology involved to construct a non-semisimple TQFT is called the modified trace. In this lightning talk, we concretely examine the tensor categorical structure involved to study non-semisimple topological quantum computation.
