Regulated Dark Energy Inference
Abstract
Dark energy is inferred not through direct detection but through its integrated influence on cosmic expansion, structure growth, and distance redshift relations. [1][4][5] Despite remarkable observational progress, its physical interpretation remains dominated by phenomenological parameterizations whose inferred values vary across probes and scales. In this paper, the refined Spectral–Geometric Additive–Multiplicative (AM) regulator framework previously applied to pulsars, magnetars, black holes, and dark matter is extended to dark energy inference. The author demonstrates that a significant fraction of apparent tensions in dark energy parameters arise from regulated Observability rather than physical inconsistency. The framework preserves General Relativity, ΛCDM expansion dynamics, and standard cosmological perturbation theory, while imposing explicit information-theoretic, geometric, and spectral bounds on inference.
