Abstract

This article presents the second part of the research concerning the accuracy of geometric representation of models manufactured using four selected additive manufacturing methods: Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), Digital Light Processing (DLP), PolyJet Modeling (PJM), and Melted Extrusion Modeling (MEM), as presented in [1]. The paper focuses on the accuracy of manufacturing spherical and angular model geometries. For this purpose, models containing a sphere, a hemisphere, and a quarter-sphere with a diameter of ø30 mm were developed, as well as angular models used to verify the accuracy of angle reproduction: 15° and 75°, 30° and 60°, and 45°. Based on the obtained results, it was found that models manufactured using the DMLS and DLP methods exhibit the lowest deviation values.
