Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the culture that is formed in the community by exploring the activities of Wonder Teacher in the Physical Education community for female teachers, and the experiences of female Physical Education teacher who participated in Wonder Teacher and provide implications for the operation of the teacher learning community. Methods: Seven people, including representatives, management, and general members, who directly design and operate the community program, were selected as participants in the study. For ethnography research, data were collected through documents, observations, participation, and in-depth interviews, and culture in community activities was described, analyzed, and interpreted. Results: As a result of the study, Wonder Teacher's activities were categorized into sports program operation, online-only open courses, and field research activities. Through this, the culture of the community was revealed as leisure, digital record, blended meeting and sharing, and a culture of difference. This can be seen as a result of the characteristics of MZ teachers born in the 1990s operating in the formation of activities and culture in the teacher learning community. The researcher completed the sentence 'Meeting here', which was adapted from the first letter of each culture. Through this, the secret of Wonder Teacher's culture was viewed as a meeting, and the response, which is the core of Martin Buber's philosophy of meeting, was derived as the meaning of culture to present implications for the operation of a teacher-learning community. Conclusion: Wonder Teacher's culture can be understood as an important model that enables female physical education teachers' professionalism, community, and educational expansion simultaneously by embodying the responsive meeting in Martin Buber's philosophy. This suggests the need for a new approach that reflects the perspective of response in the teacher-learning community and various training operations in the field of Physical Education in the future.
