Abstract

This research aims to examine the factors influencing behavioral intention to use artificial intelligence (AI) systems for work. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from a sample of 400 individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Chonburi and Bangkok, and utilizing AI systems for work. The questionnaire underwent reliability and content validity verification. Quantitative data analysis methods were employed, including descriptive statistics such as percentages, means, and standard deviations, as well as inferential statistical analyses, specifically the F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Multiple Regression Analysis, with a significance level of 0.05. The research findings indicate that organizational support, organizational culture, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, perceived trust, and anthropomorphism, as well as differences in educational levels among individuals, significantly influence behavioral intention to use AI systems for work.
