Abstract

Backgrounds The development of Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) has led to increased identification of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with type 2 diabetes (T2D), thereby enhancing the accuracy of Genetic Risk Scores (GRS) in predicting T2D. To deepen our understanding of T2D prediction and prevention through GRS, we aimed to investigate factors associated with T2D in individuals with similar genetic risk levels.
