Data for: "Co-integration of mesoporous GaN distributed Bragg reflectors and light-emitting diodes by transfer printing"

The file "data.opju" contains all the data related to the publication, to be opened using OriginLab. The data are ordered in different folders in this order within the file: - "Frequency response" which related to figure "PorousDBR-LED-RF_2.pdf" also added as a file to this dataset - "LIV" which related to figure "porousDBR-LED-LIV.pdf" also added as a file to this dataset - "Overlap data" that shows spectral overlap of the devices within the paper but was not used otherwise - "Reflectance" which related to figure "DBRbufferDBR.pdf" also added as a file to this dataset - "Spectra" which related to figure "PorousDBR-LED-Spectra_2.pdf" also added as a file to this dataset. The file "porousDBR.pdf" is a schematic and contains some SEM characterisation. The file "porousDBRmembrane" is also a schematic with an optical micrograph and a SEM imaging.
