Abstract
The Islamicate East: New Approaches to Texts and History' series was established by Edinburgh University Press in collaboration with the Invisible East programme at the University of Oxford. 1 The Invisible East is the first research programme dedicated to the comprehensive study of multiple corpora of documents emanating from the multi-lingual world of medieval, pre-Mongol Iran, Afghanistan and Central Asia.This book is part of a multi-volume collection in the series 'The Islamicate East: New Approaches to Texts and History' emanating from the Invisible East programme.Volumes in this collection include:
