Corrigendum to: A generalized Suzuki–Berinde contraction that characterizes Banach spaces

Abstract This corrigendum is issued to correct the reference list and acknowledgment section of the article [M. Abbas, R. Anjum and V. Rakočević, A generalized Suzuki–Berinde contraction that characterizes Banach spaces, J. Appl. Anal. 29 2023, 2, 239–250]. Owing to an oversight during the proof stage, several references that were included in the original manuscript were omitted from the final published version. In addition, an acknowledgment to Professor Vasile Berinde, whose insights and introduction of the concept of enriched contractions significantly influenced this work, was inadvertently omitted. The present corrigendum provides the missing references and the omitted acknowledgment in order to ensure proper attribution and maintain the accuracy of the scholarly record.
