Cryo-EM structure of the RSV polymerase with inhibitor
Abstract
We are analysing the structures of the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) with different binders and inhibitors blocking it in different stages of transcription/replication. This time we have L in presence of a small molecule inhibitor.
