Spisok Flory Tulskoy Oblasti v Predelakh Basseyna Reki Oki (Shcherbakov et al., 2017): accepted names

A list of the tracheophyte names accepted in the paper "Spisok Flory Tulskoy Oblasti v Predelakh Basseyna Reki Oki" [= Checklist of the Flora of Tula Oblast within the Oka River Basin] (Shcherbakov et al., 2017). The source covers major part (ca. 80%) of Tula Oblast (i.e. within the Oka River Вasin). The dataset was compiled as a first step towards further processing of the modern checklist for Tula Oblast, Russia.Stable archival version (not edited, not curated).The dataset includes 1,408 accepted species names [not 1,409 as stated in the original source, because No 1303 "Ciccnia elegans" is a duplicate of No 1409 Zinnia elegans]. Cultivated plants are not excluded, because they are not marked in the original source. Also, original source is completely lacking authors of scientific names.Several minor orthographic errors in either scientific names or their authors were corrected manually. Some names were not automatically cross-linked with the GBIF backbone.
