A new species, Diaparsis (Diaparsis) storozhenkoi sp. nov., is described as new to science. The new species is compared with known Australasian Diaparsis species from Papua New Guinea, Australia and New Zealand. Partial identification key to the Australasian species of Diaparsis is provided.
