Wild bees collected in southern Türkiye in spring 2025

The dataset provides information about wild bees (Anthophila) collected in southern Türkiye, during a field expedition carried out from the 2025-04-23 to 2025-05-02. It contains 2070 specimens, of which 89% are confidently identified to the species level, which represents 246 species.This dataset is associated with an article submitted to Biodiversity Data Journal: Santerre et al. (submitted) New records of wild bees from a spring expedition in Southern Türkiye, with six new species for the country (Hymenoptera: Apoidea: Anthophila).
