Relação entre dignidade no trabalho e desempenho professional de funcionários na GestãoSub-regional do Alto Amazonas

This article sought to determine the relationship between dignity at work and job performance among employees of the Alto Amazonas Subregional Management, using a quantitative, correlational approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 250 employees of the Alto Amazonas Subregional Management. A significant and positive link between dignity at work and job performance was found, demonstrating that these employees show greater commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to their tasks, resulting in higher quality results and a greater contribution to achieving organizational objectives
