Project model of a demonstration center as a tool for managing the rehabilitation and career guidance of participants in the special military operation: the example of the Victory Laboratory
Abstract
The article addresses the problem of comprehensive habilitation and socio-labor integration of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO). The authors argue that the fragmentation of existing rehabilitation services, their poor coordination, and a uniformed approach fail to meet the specific needs of this group, which combines the consequences of combat trauma, risks of social isolation, and the need for professional re-identification. As a managerial solution, a project model for a demonstration and educational adaptive sports center is proposed. Using the example of the «Victory Laboratory» project (Sverdlovsk Region), the organizational and managerial structure of the center is presented, based on the integration of the biopsychosocial approach and project management methods. The key element of the model is defined as the role of a personal curator (project manager), providing end-to-end support for the participant according to the «diagnostics – sports positioning – training – integration» algorithm. The system for assessing the model's effectiveness is based on the dynamics of quality-of-life indicators measured using the validated WHO Brief Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). It is concluded that the presented model serves as a practical tool for implementing government directives on creating a network of demonstration centers and possesses the property of replicability in other regions.
