Abstract

This table contains all low resolution data accompanying Schouten et al., 2025 in prep. The data contains XRF measurements on sediment. The age spans 11 ka BP - 15 ka BP.The age - depth relationship is establish by bayesian modeling of 23 14C dates, two tephras and three biostratigraphical markers. Data were attained between January-August 2023. All analytical data were attained from a sediment core taken in Soppensee (47.0833 N, 8.0833 E, 596 m.a.s.l.), an endorheic, small (28 m deep) lake on the Swiss plateau. Context of the findings is Swiss plateau & Central Alpine Europe. The data was collected from sediment core SOP08-3C3 and measured using an ITRAX XRF scanner to get a comprehensive understanding of the interaction between, algal communities, anoxia, temperature and total trophic productivity.
