Abstract

Florian Grießer develops a system for the structuring of statements of case in civil proceedings. It allows the parties wide freedom in presenting their case while enabling them to display content-related references. Inspired by sanctions from English civil procedure, he then proposes an enforcement mechanism for the structuring concept.
