This improves the quality of content delivery by the teacher and provides learning opportunities for the observer as well. It is triple learning from all sides. So is about sharing ideas and achieving excellence by connecting the best of others. We have proven peer observations and suggested strategies to improve student academic achievement and overall teaching and learning.
