Abstract

This document began taking shape long before its completion, involving different leading figures, taking different shapes and forms, before reaching the final version. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Elina Lehtomäki, Hanna Kontio, and all others whose names are not mentioned but who have contributed to this process. The members and leaders of the faculty’s internationalization committee have changed over the years, yet the committee has consistently pursued its goal. The continuous support from our Dean Anna-Maija Poikkeus towards the internationalization processes in our faculty has been paramount. We hope this document will be actively used to support the development of internationalization processes within the faculty and to strengthen the individual competencies of both students and staff. We remain open to feedback and dialogue
