Source code for image segmentation of resinwood in CT scans

This source code was developed by BIIF unit in NBIS SciLifeLab. The goal was using image segmentation technique to identify resin wood tissues in pine trees. Other users can use it under the MIT licence.Segmentation method detail refers to this publication " A hybrid image segmentation framework for resin wood detection in Scots pine X-ray Computed Tomography scans using adaptive Gaussian Mixture modelling" on the journal of 'Wood Material Science & Engineering'; (DOI TBD).
