Abstract

The basic requirements for high-frequency ceramics, which are widely used in microwave instrumentation, including in transmission and reception antennas, are considered. The analysis of different oxide systems, which are the basis for the development of ceramic materials with a wide range of dielectric permeability and low dielectric losses. The types and physical and technical characteristics of high-frequency ceramics of domestic production are given. The choice of preferred types of high-frequency ceramics and the technology of obtaining ceramic products for use in receiving and transmitting antennas of the microwave range is made. Ref. 19.
