Abstract

Here we describe a protocol to model pancreatitis in mice, and provide details on the establishment of murine pancreatitis-derived organoids. The novel pancreatitis-derived organoids have been applied to develop first-of-its-kind multi-stromal organoid co-culturesmodelling and revealed pancreatitisepithelial-fibroblast heterogeneity.
