Abstract

A scoping review Why conduct this review: The global pharmaceutical industry chain has been exposed to vulnerabilities in emergencies such as COVID-19, directly affecting drug supply and public health safety. This review aims to systematically review resilience measurement methods and tools, providing a basis for scientifically assessing industry chain risks and optimizing policies to address trade conflicts and public health crises. Possible added knowledge value: Method innovation: Propose to apply the input-output method to the resilience assessment of the pharmaceutical industry chain, filling the gap in existing research in quantifying the correlation of the entire chain; Practical guidance: Clarify the resilience enhancement path in scenarios such as natural disasters, demand fluctuations, and policy changes, and provide actionable strategic references for enterprises and regulatory authorities.
