Shared consultation involving general practitionner, patient and nephrologist

The primary objective is to explore the integration of a joint patient–general practitioner–nephrologist consultation, both in patient follow-up and in general practitioners’ clinical practice. The project is structured around two complementary studies. The first study will focus on the experiences of patients who agreed to participate in a joint patient–general practitioner–nephrologist consultation. The second phase will examine how this joint consultation is integrated into general practitioners’ practice and into their patient follow-up
