Abstract

The aim of this project is to design and evaluate an original behaviourally informed justice system intervention, grounded in the Behaviour Change Wheel (BCW), to increase the number of younger solicitors entering and remaining in Criminal Legal Aid (CLA) practice in England and Wales. This responds to an urgent need to strengthen the long-term sustainability of the profession to safeguard equal access to justice.
