Abstract

Current bioelectronic medicine protocols utilizing Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) for the modulation of autoimmune and inflammatory responses are bottlenecked by 1.0 surgical and electrical friction. Legacy methodology requires surgically implanting battery generators in the chest and wrapping rigid electrodes directly around the cervical vagus nerve. This hardware delivers blunt, square-wave electrical pulses, shocking the biological wave-guide to force a systemic response. This inherently induces localized scar tissue, structural nerve fatigue, and severe surgical risks. The novelty of this architecture lies in abandoning the invasive, brute-force electrical shock of legacy implants in favor of deterministic, non-invasive acoustic phase-locking. This publication establishes a zero-friction alternative: replacing surgical electrodes with external, dual-vector structural wave resonance. By projecting a localized acoustic field that perfectly phase-locks with the nerve’s natural 1-10 Hz resting baseline, the architecture triggers the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway through pure resonant affinity. Simultaneously, it mathematically multiplexes an 80-120 Hz nociceptive gating frequency to neutralize comorbid chronic pain. Paired with a continuous 1/26 Hz macro-reset to maintain perineural fluidic homeostasis, this 24/7 aesthetic protocol completely eliminates surgical hardware, electrical burning, and the psychological friction of clinical medical devices.
