Abstract

Sustainability in telemedicine involves ensuring that the telemedicine services are easily accessible and effective in achieving the outcomes and are financially viable to sustain beyond the funding cycle or project period. Though this telemedicine innovation has been found to enhance healthcare accessibility in resource-limited settings, its long-term sustainability remains largely unanswered. There is a strong need for frameworks, models, and innovative solutions for virtual health care where resources are scarcely limited.
