Abstract

This project aims to conduct a scoping review to map and synthesize existing evidence on the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in public health programs, including immunization, maternal and child health, tuberculosis, malaria, and other disease control initiatives. The review will identify implementation areas, outcomes, operational improvements, and research gaps to inform future pilot implementation in Pakistan.
