Abstract

In this project, we will conduct a scoping review to systematically map the effect of particulate and noise exposure on Damage Associated Molecular Pattern (DAMP) release and phosphoinositide signaling. Peer-reviewed studies will be identified through structured database searches, which will be screened according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, and charted using extraction forms. This extracted data will be used to identify commonly affected pathways, differences across exposure types, and gaps in the literature.
