Abstract

The overarching aim of the current review is to consolidate and critically evaluate current evidence on musculoskeletal changes during perimenopause. Specific aims are to develop a better understanding of key concepts, definitions, and methods used to obtain evidence in perimenopausal women, and to identify key knowledge gaps to inform future studies.
