COA Instrument Review for Post-COVID-19 Vaccination Syndrome Protocol Support – Targeted Review

Following vaccination for COVID-19, a minority of patients have been suspected to develop a variety of chronic sequelae in a condition known as Post-COVID-19 Vaccination Syndrome (PCVS). This review seeks to answer the following research questions:  Which clinical outcome assessment instruments are suitable for capturing PCVS symptoms (including instruments developed for long COVID)?  What key psychometric properties (e.g. content validity, reliability, construct validity, and responsiveness) are captured by these instruments?
