Clean & Lean AI Quality Management System — Proposal for a New Normative Framework for Interactive Generative AI
Abstract
This technical report proposes a new normative framework: Clean & Lean AI Quality Management System. It is structured around two pillars: 1. CLEAN — Societal and environmental commitment, organized under the acronym C-L-A-E-N (Clarity, Legitimacy, Accountability, Efficiency, Non-Exploitation), aligned with ISO 26000 and ISO/IEC TR 24368. 2. LEAN — Creative value flow optimization, whose key performance indicator is the CIRP (Convergent Inter-Recursive Process), a scientifically validated metric measuring an AI system's ability to converge with a human toward original insight through cognitive leaps. This framework is integrable into ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 42001. A published proof of concept demonstrates its operational validity.
