This study analyzes the extent to which the legal elements of genocide are fulfilled in the Palestinian–Israeli conflict, particularly in Gaza, through the framework of the 1948 Genocide Convention and reports issued by international organizations and UN experts. تهدف هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى بحث مدى تحقق أركان جريمة الإبادة الجماعية في سياق الصراع الفلسطيني–الإسرائيلي، مع التركيز على العمليات العسكرية الأخيرة في قطاع غزة، وذلك بالاستناد إلى اتفاقية منع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية لعام 1948 وتقارير المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية وخبراء الأمم المتحدة.
