Abstract

The project aims to evaluate the extent to which the values and work evaluations of working children are related to those of their parents. Specifically, we want to see if the work-life balance and work centrality of working parents, the two central work-related attitudes, are helpful predictors of their working children's work evaluations. The project is planned to run in three countries, Poland, Romania and Germany.
