Abstract

The aim of this review is to summarize existing knowledge on educational interventions aimed at developing the emotional intelligence skills of healthcare professionals, and to examine the competence areas and content addressed in these interventions. This study will be conducted as a scoping review in accordance with the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) guidelines, using systematic search strategies across multiple databases, including CINAHL, PubMed, Scopus, APA PsycArticles, Web of Science, Medic, ProQuest, and MedNar. Two independent reviewers will screen titles and abstracts, then review the full texts of articles. Data will be extracted and charted in relation to the review questions. Results will be reported in line with PRISMA-ScR guidance, using narrative synthesis supplemented with tables and figures. The results can be used to develop professionals' interaction skills, improve job satisfaction, strengthen employee resilience, and improve the quality of nursing care. Educational organizations and service organizations can use the results of the review to develop effective educational programs that strengthen emotional intelligence skills.
