This project presents an empirical study examining the relationship between students’ nutrition and academic performance in a secondary school context in Kazakhstan. Using survey-based quantitative data (n = 45) and qualitative student feedback, the study explores how eating habits, meal frequency, and food quality affect concentration, energy levels, and academic engagement. The findings highlight the importance of balanced nutrition for cognitive performance and student well-being.
