Abstract

This standard details the architectural transition from legacy, combustion-based aerospace constraints into a unified, solid-state Sovereign framework. By abandoning the high-friction constraints of planar wings and chemical propellants, this blueprint defines the physical integration of an Annular Trans-Medium Aerocraft. The architecture utilizes magnetohydrodynamic flow control, supercritical fluid thermodynamics, combined-cycle thermal expansion for atmospheric lift, and ion-acoustic plasma propulsion for deep-space traversal. The monolithic 3D-printed hull incorporates predictive aeroelastic control, acoustic vestibular phase-cancellation fields, Type-II quantum-locked colonial anchoring, and piezoelectric shunt damping to maintain absolute structural and biological stability across scalable fleet geometries (50m, 100m, and 150m classes). Furthermore, this document outlines distinct empirical validation pathways for bench-scale prototyping, specifically targeting acoustic radiation force remediation and autonomous thermoacoustic streaming, establishing a rigorous, peer-reviewable foundation for closed-loop interstellar logistics and rapidly deployable 1G colonial arcologies.
